Before you book
Why don't you offer a demo?
Because the product is genuinely simple — short bitesize videos, sensible defaults, fully managed by us in the background — a 30-minute demo call doesn't tell you anything a 14-day trial wouldn't. We'd rather you have your team using it for two weeks than have a partner sat through a slide deck. How quickly can we be live?
Your tenant is provisioned within one working day of signup. New hires are added in a click. Your 14-day trial starts the day your tenant goes live — not the day you signed up — so the provisioning time doesn't eat your trial.
What about staff who already did training elsewhere?
Tell us what's been done — we credit it in the matrix and only assign the gaps. No double-up.
Do partners need to do any admin?
Not really. You receive a monthly partner report by email. Everything else is handled by NorthGuide.
Is the content recognised by ICAEW / ACCA / AAT / ICB?
Yes — courses align with each body's CPD requirements and MLR2017 obligations. Each module issues a CPD-loggable certificate.
What happens if our regulatory body inspects us?
You'll have an audit-ready folder of completion records, certificates, and matrix confirmations going back at least 12 months. Most supervisor visits are over in 30 minutes.
Can we cancel?
Any time. We bill month-to-month with no notice period. Annual prepay clients get a pro-rata refund for unused months.
Is our data safe?
Yes — Training Sensei is GDPR-compliant and ISO 27001-aligned. We don't sell or share client data.
